Need a little help please

Hi Guys,

I tried to register for the first time for a VPN for the online lobby, but i think i must have messed it it up somehow. I got this reason for Declined for VPN: " There was in the past already a VPN-Key-Request before which was declined."

anyone got a clue what i need to do?

This message is visible because your first vpn key request was declined. The reason for this is that you never was logged in in aLobby and authenticated your account with the code you've get by email.

Thank you Zwirni, I now managed to log into the lobby, but had to request a new VPN. I assume this is the procedure.
