I guess the best and fastest option to solve your problem would be if you could share your desktop with Zwirni or me using TeamViewer / QuickSupport (

The best procedure is as follows:
1. You come to the aLobby and
whisper to
Zwirni or me (nick:
Arktissturm and/or
adrianer)
2.
Whisper us the
ID and password of the Teamviewer QuickSupport
3. As long as TeamViewer QS is running we can see your Windows desktop and click on it (you can see all what we do; you should not use your mouse or keyboard at the same time, as this causes chaos - like if you would you would use two mouses at the same time
).
