Alobby disconnects every X minutes

Hello
Well today I have started playing multiplayer in this awesome game.
My first multiplayer game alobby disconnects every 5 minutes but If i logged back I could continue my online game.
Then I turned on XP SP3 Compatibility mode and alobby became more stable than before but it keep crashing.

Any idea of how to solve this bug?

Please post your log.txt here. You find it as described here in german: cb3/wo-finde-ich-mein-logfile/ - in englisch: click at the pi-sign on the bottom right of the alobby (first screenshot), the explorer opens and show a directory with log.txt and some other files. these log.txt we need here to help you.

I'm not absolutely sure but this is not a logfile with your problem. please post the logfile after your problem happened.

Now I think I have catched the error into the log file.

1/ I created a test game only for catch the error

2/ After waiting a few minutes into the settlers 3 lobby, the error happened:

Your aLobby does not receive PINGs from the server, and thus the aLobby cannot respond with a PONG, and thus the server disconnects the aLobby, which in turn the aLobby notices pretty late.

Something like this should have been in your log, but is not:

I see two possible reasons for this:
1. Your router is somehow partially blocking IRC connections (less likely)
2. Your ISP is partially blocking IRC connections (more likely)

If I were you, I'd try to repeat the test using the same laptop/PC but using a different Internet connection from another provider (e.g. at a friend's house or with 3G/4G). If this would work, then only the above two options are possible.

is there any way to avoid the PING instruction?

EDIT:
After play a long game, with to many disconnects, I lost internet connection for 2 minutes and then it reconnects and PONG instruction appears in LOG file, but after some pongs (40 min) alobby disconnects again

Hello again, after some changes in my router configuration (DNS) I got this:

First ping and pong worked fine, then fail

Its necessary to open some port or something?

EDIT:
I followed this tutorial and after open ports my alobby keep crashing in the ping statament

Ports have nothing to do with the aLobby itself - so this has nothing to do with the problem for sure...

I could not try that, I formated my pc yestarday and I was playing without problems for more than one hour, then alobby disconnects

If I look inside log file I can see this:
1456856335618 PING :irc.siedler3.net

And few minutes later this:

1456856635667 *** Disconnected.
19:23:55.667 SettlersLobby.onConnectionTerminated(): disconnected from server

I can´t understand why I was playing normal for more than one hour then every ten mins more or less alobby disconnects

You're clearly loosing the connection at some point. There is nothing we can do until you try the above...

Hallo.
Ich habe zwei Internetprovider, einen davon nutzte ich seit einem halben Jahr problemlos zum Siedeln. Leider treten bei diesem seit gestern plötzlich Verbindungsverluste im Minutentakt auf, wohlgemerkt nur in der alobby. Die Wireless-LAN-Verbindung und der Internetzugriff scheinen davon völlig unbetroffen. Die Pings über die Kommandozeile an den Server schwanken ein wenig (Minimum 30 ms, Maximum 300 ms), es gibt aber keine Paketverluste. Da das Log nicht wirklich Informationen ausspukt, frage ich hier um Hilfe.
Beim anderen Provider besteht dieses Problem zwar nicht, die drahtlose Netzwerkschnittstelle ist aber leider generell zu instabil.

Der an diesem Beitrag angefügte Anhang ist entweder nur im eingeloggten Zustand sichtbar oder die Berechtigung Deiner Benutzergruppe ist nicht ausreichend.

Installiere bitte einen IRC Client (kein Web-IRC!) und verbinde dich mit einem IRC Server - z.B. irc.mozilla.org . Beobachte nun bitte ob sowohl die aLobby wie auch der IRC Client die Verbindung regelmäßig verlieren werden.

Ja, ich kann auch noch Nachrichten empfangen und senden.
Der IRC-Client zeigt mir aber einen relativ hohen Lag an (0.4 Sekunden).
Ich würde ihn ja gerne auf die alobby ansetzen, aber ich hab das noch nicht geschafft.

Einfach irc://lobby.siedler3.net:9998 nutzen. Das ist jetzt der letzte mögliche Test eigentlich - hier muss der Client auch die Verbindung verlieren bzw. reconnecten.

Tut er aber nicht, nur die alobby verliert die Verbindung.
